Years ago my journey in the food industry began…
…I started my own food business. Back then I knew nothing about what goes into making a delicious meal. Luckily I wasn’t the one working in the kitchen! But running the business opened my eyes to what it takes to deliver an outstanding experience.
Sure you have to source great ingredients but you also need an incredible level of care & attention to detail to deliver consistent results. If you do your job right then you’ll transfer all that love & happiness to your customer. If you do a great job, then long after your customer’s finished eating they’ll be thinking about their experience.
Ever since understanding what it takes to deliver delicious food I’ve had a real passion for the food industry. On top of that, I’ve spent many years working in packaging & branding. Working with some of the biggest companies in the world to build their brands through design, strategy & identity.
